THESE JOBS CAN BE
PHYSICALLY DEMANDING
ALL JOBS REQUIRE:
- Over 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- 1 year experience preferred
- Pre-employment drug testing (Zero tolerance)
- Background check
- On-the-job full panel random drug testing
- Able to drive a standard transmission
- Knowledge of basic landscape materials;
gravel, limestone, mulch, etc.
- Able to bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist, and
stand for long periods of time
- Able to lift/move large, bulky, heavy items and
merchandise
- Work up to 6 days a week as needed
- Your own reliable transportation
- Documentation to work in the U.S.
REQUIREMENTS FOR DOT or CDL TRUCK DRIVERS
- Retired drivers welcome - Veterans welcome
- Able to pass D.O.T physical
- Employee to pay for D.O.T exam
- Experience with skid steer, front-end wheel
loader, fork lift, dump trucks, trailers
- Able to back a trailer connected to a dump
truck
REQUIREMENTS FOR MATERIAL LOADERS/RETAIL ASSOCIATES
- Assist customers
- Complete sales transactions
- Answer phones and set up deliveries
- Organize and direct deliveries
- Load materials for deliveries and on-site
customers
- Keep material piles neat and organized
- Assist in yard and shop setup duties (plants,
trees, shrubs, supplies, etc.)
- Experience with skid steer, front-end wheel
loader, fork lift
- Assist with in-store product stocking and
organization
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the
shop
REQUIREMENTS FOR LANDSCAPE CREW MEMBERS
- Gather/load materials and equipment for the
job
- Physical labor; such as repairing driveways,
drainage projects, landscaping
- Experience with skid steer, front-end wheel
loader, fork lift, dump trucks, trailers
- Unload and organize equipment at store after
job is complete
- Keep trucks and equipment neat and organized
- Daily checks for equipment safety
- Basic maintenance of equipment
- Assist in store when needed
